R107 Warm Up Regulator trouble

Hello everyone,
I have a 1981 380sl which I'm having trouble starting when cold and lacks power when running. It seems to be really poor on fuel economy too.
After fixing a vacuum leak, I beleive the WUR needs rebuilding and adjusting.
Does anyone know a specialist in london/Essex that might be able to help with the adjustment of this? As it's just something I'm not too sure about.
