Can anyone tell me if it's possible to fit one of these to the drivers seat on a UK RHD model or can it just be fitted to the passenger seat? This is for 300 SL R107 Sent from my iPad using MBClub UK

It's a popular mod, I haven't done it, but might one day. I gather the way it's done is to buy an arm rest from a W124 retrim if necessary and mount to the passenger seat. It needs a relatively simple bracket fabricating. I would think that if you google search you'll find the relevant threads.

From what I remember RHD 107s weren't fitted with arm rests as part of the lhd/rhd conversion - maybe lhd SLs didn't have the hand brake.
