Obviously I know of the SL60 AMG, but I've never heard of or seen an SL600 AMG.

I must admit I was a tad gutted when I found this literally the morning after ordering my Eisenmann and having done so minutes before close of business after thinking I'll sleep on it:

They aren't cheap I had one from Germany and jay took it straight off my hands for his beast I'm off to Germany in a few weeks to drop some bits over there and pick some up at the same time so the classifieds will be cluttered with some rare morsels hopefully

Yes Ian but I have family in Germany so that wasn't an issue for me. But at that price I wouldn't have bought it anyway.

I see the tips on file ebay and a few second hand boxes. 900 for purely cosmetic is overkill for me.

IIRC I paid about £350 for mine on eBay.de, although that was back in 2006. No shipping costs as the in-laws picked it up.

If it had gone for around £350 I would have been bothered but I'm glad it went for so much as now I feel much better about my eisenmann purchase. I'm still a bit worried about getting a good job of the fitting done though.
