Apart from the SL shop does anyone know where you can get either a set of genuine mats or some good quality replacements?

Are you looking for velour, or the older Rips ribbed material?

I got a set of 4 very nice thick velour OEM spec mats from SCS I think it was. I will dig out the details.

I was close! It was SVS. I believe they to be made in the same factory in Stuttgart as the Mercedes OEM ones. I went for the thicker velour ones but they are the harder wearing ribbed ones as well. I paid £138 inc VAT & Delivery for a set of 4. Wasn't sure if there was much point getting rear ones but went the whole hug in the end. Nothing is too much to look after my baby

I have a set of the SVS ribbed mats in the 124. Very good quality. Pretty much identical to MB original ones. Understand they order them in batches so it can be a bit of a wait until they get enough orders.
