R129 : Door panel seat control switch plate removal?

I'm having a few minor problems with my electric seats.

Common wisdom seems to say the switches on the door card should be checked and re-soldered.
Its a 1998 model, face lift interior.
I cant find any info on how to remove the switch plate from the door card, can anyone point me in the right direction for instructions ?

That's excellent, thanks for posting.
As I know I have to take the door card off completely, I can look to address the slow window operation. Maybe a clean and lube of the runners ?
