R129 drivers seat

Hi guys I have just got a '92 R129 and of course it has a few issues.

Drivers seat, the back will not tip forward. I guess the latch will have a cable or lever to release it? Also the squab height motor is not working. What usually fails with these, the switch or the motor?

Usually neither...you'll have to get in and start testing connection.

Seat motor has started working now!

But still not looked at the back latch
