What did they do on the service? Was it a full maintenance Service? Spark plugs, air and fuel filters, dust filter and gearbox oil?

That was very reasonable if they did all that for you!

Just re-read it. It was a B service you had, not a maintenance service.

Still good value at a dealer.

Yeah I was impressed, it was the full B service with coolant, all the filters etc, so I think that's very reasonable. One minor complaint is that they've screwed the coolant cap on too tightly and it seems to be stuck (I did eat my weetabix) so I'm going to call them tomorrow to see if they can address the issue. All in all, very pleased.

The single spanner means the next service due is an "A" service, 115 will/should be how many miles till its due.

Thanks. So "-115" means it's overdue by 115 miles? I've only had the car 6 days but that number seems to be going up very slowly? Could it be 115 days? (forgot to mention there's a little associated "clock" symbol as well)
