R129 SL 500 third brake light

Hi there,

Apologies if this is in the wrong section. Does anybody know of any where I could get a replacement lens for the third brake light of my R129 SL? The plastic on it has faded very badly. I have tried a few scrap yards local and it seems to be a common problem and most are faded so would rather a decent looking part. I have looked on ebay but can't find anything below £120.

Have you asked at a dealer? They are typically cheaper than eBay.

About 60 quid plus vat at the dealer !

When searching ebay search under the P/N. I've found plenty of NOS parts that sellers didn't/couldn't describe properly just languishing and unsold.
