R129 SL320 SRS Airbag Light

The airbag light came on a few days ago. I found a red plug under the passenger seat that was loose so clipped that back in but unfortunately the light is still on.

Is there a 'likely' cause for this or does it need the codes read?

There are some code readers available on ebay but they don't reset the Airbag/ABS light. A separate item has to be bought to do that. Does anyone know of any decent all-in-one devices?

Got a diagnostic scan done. Fault was 'Airbag Ignition Circuit Driver Resistance Too High'.

Apparently, this is either a loose connection to the steering wheel or a break in a wire in the steering column.

Had the fault cleared and it hasn't come back so hopefully it was just the loose plug under the passenger seat.
