hello there, i seem to be having a great deal of trouble get it to start, its on a 93
on turning the key to the second click the only dash light to illuminate is the srs
on occasions other dash lights do illuminate but only for a split second or theyll flicker.
ive checked that theres power from the ign switch when you try to start, and with the igition on second click i can get the car to start by bridging the solonoid on the starter, but its a bit of an inconveniance to do this every time, if i take power from the start function on the ign switch and put that straight to the soloniod it does crank but still no start
ive done a fair deal of reasearching through various forums and there a lot of talk about a k38 starter lockout relay although im yet to locate this on my vehicle(or whether its fitted at all)
i suspect now that even when it cranks its down to lack of fuel
if anyone has any wiring diagrams applicable to the ignition system it would be greatly appreciated along with any more info on the k38 relay
