R129 wind deflector

Am I the only one who fails to see what the fuss is about with these wind-deflectors?.....

Got an original M-B one for my 124 cabriolet, the difference with the wind-deflector up seems to be minimal...at any speed.

Unfortunately has not been the awnser to my wife's (hairstyle) prayers...

^ makes a huge difference.

I had a perspex one on a z3 however and managed to break it at 140 roof down....

It does reduce the buffeting significantly on the R129, but I have to admit I very rarely use mine. You can't put anything on the back seats with it fitted.

Sorry, put it another way, you can't access anything on the rear seats while you're in the car.
