    As above, no longer Mondial assistance running the aftercare programme, RAC have the contract. Allegedly same contract standards, so bear that in mind folks.

    Does this mean when you breakdown it's essentially an RAC truck that will come to the rescue?

    The premium manufacturers all have their own 'RAC' whoever engineers. It may actually be the same people TUPE'd across.

    I think you would only see an RAC van if the MB engineers were all busy and backlogged...

    RAC used to provide Porsche Assist, they lost the contract to AA.

    I have found AA far better than RAC, as far as Porsche Assist is concerned.
