Radio adaptor/double din-single converter

Does anyone know if mercedes do an adaptor so i can remove the origional stereo from my w203 c class and fit a good quality aftermarket unit.ive seen an aftermarket adaptor but the match to the origional trim was very poor.

while you are there can i reccomend the blaupunkt line of headunits (pammy has one of the dab lines and loves it, i live my blaus as well)
