Yes you can. you could though add integrated bluetooth to what you have already. There are kits around that will give you full integration with your cluster, steering wheel controls and existing Mercedes audio unit. If you for an aftermarket audio unit it wont fully integrate with the cluster.

Kits start at about £350 parts only or £500 fitted.
