Radio code

hi,
my battery went flat and had to be replaced, the radio now needs to have the code put back in, but the previous owner doesnt have it. how do i get it and what is the proceedure for putting it in?

Hi,
the dealer can give you the code from your VIN Number if it's still the original radio.
Procedure should be with Audio manul if you still have it or just google search with the model number and insert code.

thanks for that i still have the dealers number so i will give them a phone, i dont have the audio manual it was the only thing missing, but i'll google it a see what comes up.

It can be any Mercedes dealer not the original supplying dealer.
