Radio issues

Hi
I have a 2019 cla non dab radio. The radio frequently reverts to 87.5 and no information shows on the screen . By pressing any of the numbered buttons the stations come back on but it's getting annoying now. Its had a full new radio fitted. USB splitter. Various updates . Just got the car back on friday and it's done it again. Any ideas as I'm sick of taking it back . Itll be the 7th visit this time.cheers

Take it back and tell them you are rejecting the car, it's obviously not fit for purpose and they have had several opportunities to resolve the issue.
