Radio Reset Code

I've been trying to get the reset code for my radio with no luck. The code generator is asking for a security code/pre code that consists of a letter followed by 3 numbers but I can't for the life of me find this anywhere. See attached picture below.

It's in a Merc Citan van, all the Renault radio code generators I've tried are looking for a code that's not compatible with anything on there so I thought I'd ask on here

Have you asked a Mercedes dealer?

If the radio is original fitment your menercedes dealer should be able to give you the code free of charge.
Take the V5 for the Vin number and ID.
