Any experts in the field of financing out there on the forum?

Quite simply I want to raise about £10million to buy an existing well established company. Yes; given the current economic times borrowing that sort of money may be difficult but timing is never perfect eh?

It will depend on what your percentage stake from your own/other sources will be.

No lender is going to finance it 100%.

Also it depends on what kind of security is offered ie. property element etc.

That sum may well require multi-party funding. That it's a well established business already will be a very positive factor.
