Just too many stories I've heard... maybe true, maybe not...many don't trust them as, in their eyes, they can be very dishonest with the cars they're selling. I prefer to stick to auction houses I know and trust.

The car is going to be auctioned again at BCA Nottingham on the 1st of February. Seems like it didn't sell in the last trade auction. I guess some considerable work is required to put it right so that dealers don't buy it to shift it quickly. Buyers go with caution when it comes back to consumer market.
