i only have my cls for about 5 weeks. i like it a lot, and i enjoy reading about it on forums to know other ppl experience with it.
some time ago there was thread on this forum about rear suspension lowering whilest parked, and since i was watching mine.
i was quite sure it is lowering a little bit when parked for longer period (more than 24hrs), but only just little. today on walk back home i looked at cls parked on driveway and it was sitting much lower than earlier, with no gap whatsoever between top of the tyre and whhel arch, and on right i could even say even a little more down than on the left (with top part of the tyre hidden inside arch)
now just spent hrs searching for possible issue (or common situation) and looks like it is common - but fault with air suspension with merc! start engine and it immediately went back to normal position, but im worried it will come back. i asked wife to drive it to work today and will have a quick look in the morning in which position rear suspension sits.
some american forum suggetsed air bellows, but im not mechanic at all unfortunatelly.
also i searched all the paperwork for the car (serviced only with main dealer) and in april 2015 it had repair carried out due to rear right suspension valve leak. would it happen again?
and what is important again, as car is 4 years old, so outside warranty, how long warranty is given for parts and work done by main dealer - is it not 3 years, in which case i would be in position to visit my local MB dealer and claim it under warranty.

Parts and labour warranty is 2yrs
