I will much appreciated some direction.

I'm trying different pads at the moment. Brembo on the rear and pagit on the front

Buy the bits from MB and ask for discount. You will be surprised how cheap they are. And they fit properly.

+1, I just bought rear discs and pads from Inchcape Oxford online for my W211 E55. The genuine Merc pads were only £8 more than Pagid from ECP, and no squealing...
