Rear bumper mod

I am thinking of changing my S320 (2001) rear bumper (that is the lower plastic section) from top photo to middle photo or bottom photo.

The bottom photo is an addon lip as opposed to a full bumper
I intend to get custom chrome exhaust tail pipes

Comments welcome, good or bad

I presume you mean the bumper fascia and not the badges on the boot?

I like how the bottom fascia moulds around the exhaust but don't like the grills.

edit: in the bottom fascia where is the access point for the tow-eye?

I think the add on lip looks nice, it looks like its supposed to be there.

I'm with pupsi. The add-on lip looks OK, and you still can access the original tow-eye. Avoid the middle one - looks, well - ****e!

I did that on my W220, after someone ran into the rear. I replaced the rear bumper with a W220 600 bumper and had the exhausts modified to fit. Looked like a 600 from the rear,unless it's OEM it does look Barry.

Personally I would have changed it to S500
