I fitted it to my w204 c class.
It was not exactly the same as mine has a bulb in as the clear part as the whole thing replaces one of the rear number plate lights.
I connected it via a relay to the the reverse light and power from rear sam using addafuse. ( Relay needed to give it a clean feed)

I ran the video cable to the comand under the offside trim. Fashioned a fakra as the rear of the comand was a double fakra.( I bought a fakra from ebay)
Then set the comand to operate camera when reverse selected.

If its a comand your connecting it to, make sure you get a NTSC version as not matter what your comand says, you cant change it to PAL ( It looks like you can but it wont save the setting) ( I suspect Richard or Alfie could with their equipment)

This seems to have good integration with screen, PDC, steering (shows line of predicted travel/distance markings)
