Rear headrest reset A207 workshop manual

Hi everyone.
I have an 2015 E350 cabriolet and I’ve had a small rear end bump, which I’m having fixed myself, but I’m having trouble getting the rear headrests down after they’ve popped up. I can find details for the older models online but not this one. Apart from a guy in the USA who dismantles the whole interior the reset it. My roof is up.
I purchased the workshop manual off EBay but I’m having a mare of a time accessing it.
Can anyone help please ?

If I recall correctly, they have actuators that look like silver bullets. These have most likely gone off and need to be replaced.

what older models are you referring to? Would have thought all w207’s had the same mechanism.
