rear light cluster for ML 350 2010 W164

Hi I have an issue with the rear light cluster on a ML 350 CDI W164
Its the sports edition lights with 3 bulbs and the rest In LED.

I opened the Cluster and tested the board and there are 5 defective LEDs on the Brake lamp side and 2 on the Indicator. with 3 micro fues fused on the board. I have tried on the internet to locate the leds but with no success.
Can I buy the complete lamp anywhere? other an direct from MB?

There's always bozos writing these off, thankfully in the forward direction (mostly).

Do a search for "W164 breaking" on ebay.
