rear light cluster on w208

All in the space of 5 mins the rear indicator, dog, brake and tail light have all failed. Any experts have an idea what it could be before I either waste money on bulbs when the problem is bigger / taking it to a garage when it may simply be the bulbs (and an uncanny coincidence). Any help would be much appreciated

The dog's tail light has failed ?

Check the multi cable connector at the back of the light unit. Check any earth wires .

Problem now solved, thanks for the help. Managed to get a new light for the dogs tail too...
