Rear light cluster questions

Hi all, this is probably been asked before. Appoligies in advance. I recently bought my w211. One of the rear clusters needs replacing. I was wondering is there any difference between pre and post face-lift clusters?

I read on some ebay listing containing the word "led"

Any one know if the post face lift are led?

Iirc face lift have led brake lights
