Rear light cluster replacement.

Hi - I recently broke the glass on my right rear light combo. It will need replacing & I have had difficulty in making sure I order the correct item for my 57 Reg E220 CDi Avanteguard. I now BELIEVE the part number is FKRRLXLDB010003-R

Can anyone confirm this? ... and is the item easy to change, bearing in mind I am a "tighten it til it shears then back it off half a turn" sort of mechanic?

OEM Part Number A211 820 2664 (apparently)

The other number FKRRLXLDB010003-R I gave is after market (I Think) and describes the unit as "Black/Red"

Any clues as to what the "Black" refers to?

Please help

A211 820 2664 is around £180 from MB

From what I can see, the black refers to the clear lens being smoked or not.

That`s about what my very helpful local dealer said. (134 + vat) So....is it an "easy" job to access the rear light combo and replace complete thing?

I have located other suppliers quoting around £119 all in, inc post but...Reluctant to spend over £100 on item on the off chance its easy to do)

(Re Black/red question - its what I thought but yet to have it confirmed)

Easy job, if facelift is similar than pre-facelift, WIS document numbers are
