Rear Parking Sensors - Removal?

Anyone know how to? My car had a bumper change (see pic), so original silver sensors were re-painted black. Two of them are starting to show a bit of silver, so I want to take them all off and re-spray.

I assume there is a generic type of fitment across all models, but I can't find anything with a search. And I'm guessing that they are held in with some type of clip...but best to ask before I break anything!

OR he had a new exhaust and hasn't been able to start it since.
