Rear Screen Wash in E class estate not working

The rear screen wash isn't working on my S211 estate, I had a similar problem with my wifes old A class and tracked it down to the hose behind the spoiler. Tricky but fixed it.

If anyone has had the same problem is there anywhere I should looking before I start removing trim.

I've not experienced the problem - yet - but there are some diagnostic steps you can take for yourself.

1. Is the pump running? If necessary get someone to stick their head under the bonnet to check for pump noise.

2. If there is pump noise then it gets more difficult. Is there a puddle anywhere - inside or outside the car?

3. Is the nozzle blocked? Usual poke with a pin to clear.

Anything else might need some dismantling to check.
