Rear strut mount E 270

Please help I bought a rear strut mount which they said will fit my car it has 3 studs on it I removed the panels in the boot and checked the mount I can’t see any stud bolts on it any ideas please very urgent

That's the top of the shock absorber you are looking at.

Your car does not have a rear strut top mount.

Hi smurf what it is I have a bang noise when I go over a hump or pot hole and someone on hear said it was the rear strut mount so I ordered one can you advise me on what it could be thanking you

I'd suggest getting it to a garage or someone that could "look" and see.
Bad practice just to change parts and hope it is the correct one.

On the rear you will have a spring arm, spring and shock.
The strut top mount you have shown looks similar to the ones fitted to the front.
