Just a quick update car is in bodyshop getting the rear quarter pulled out, dressed, the full side and half bumper respray.

I can see the front door is a slightly different shade but it's not enough to worry about it.

The bumpers never quite match the body colour on any car really either so you can't do much about that (just look at the silver MX5 in the background for another example!).

Most people wouldn't be able to tell I suspect!

You’re a little late to the party with the black wheel hate! Haha, In all honesty they are probably not going to stay black for long, or even the same wheel! my friend owns a powder coating business, After a few curb marks they will probably go to a different colour.

Thanks for the comments the story is not over yet! Still waiting on front shock absorber from Germany, because the left-hand side is bent in by 7mm, so can’t get the tracking right

Yeah, must be then if it's been sprayed! Or maybe even the reflection from something else on that side which can't be seen in the photo (another car or something).

Is it a metallic or pearlescent colour?

It looks great. Personally I prefer a body-colour spoiler but each their own.

Certainly a great result anyway.
