New disks n pads on the youngest's Fiat 500...plus Xmas list stuff for the Mrs . .plus Lego as "the youngest"is now isolating due to ..well you know

Bluetooth battery monitor.
The bike seemed a bit sluggish turning over from cold yesterday so I thought I would get one.
Having said that I’ve put it on the lexus for now as it was a simple and clean 2 minute job - obviously can’t test cranking voltage, and the ‘charge’ voltage will be interesting, but no doubt it will come off and be trialled on the Jeep before going on the bike for the winter.

Bedroom TV finally gave up after 15+ years and so replaced it with a Philips 48OLED806 a week or so go. I didn't want a soundbar that the flagship 9 series had and so this was the next best one which apparently has the same screen tech and the same processor. Annoyingly, RS then had a promotion giving £300 off this particular TV but a quick call to their customer services and they refunded £300 back into my account. 6 year warranty is a bonus.

Well need to balance the system, after some work done on it,and putting the wifi temp controller in a different place, system is working ok but it needs to be fine tuned.

This morning I headed over to Lawson's Timber to pick up a couple of 6x2 privacy trellis panels. I've been buying these for the last decade for more for fencing jobs on my current house & for previous properties.

For the last few years the standard price has been around £25. Today they were £50 each.

Literally double the pre-Covid price. Jeez, glad I'm not in the middle of a major construction project right now. The cost of materials must be a nightmare.
