Recommend a OCD paintshop?

Anybody in the london/essex area have any recommendations., I want to get my front bumper, bonnet, blending front wings painted. Not looking for over spray and a car full of filler dust as I'm a bit obbsesive with my cars.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

I had an insurance job done about 5 years ago at Balgores, Gallows corner and they made a good job then (5 years is a long time) and i know they do paint jobs on Aston Martin's in there for the garage in brentwood, so you could give them a look.

Thanks for the reply Merc Estate, I too have had work done there 1.5 years ago.. i actually called them today their quotes were significantly higher than others, but as you say they work on prestigious vehicles so I'm booking the car in.
