Recommend a place to buy?

Thanks for everyones replies on the chauffeur car thing. But the question now would be, where to buy a suitable E or S320CDI or similar that isnt going to ruin a first time Merc owner. He's in the Birmingham area, but would travel if it was worth it.
If anyone on the forum sold these cars it would be even better. Would preferably be black or silver. Thanks! Ian.
