Well as I sit here uploading my Clumber GTG piccies at 56k  (I tried using BB from work but it seems that my ISP doesn't allow connections to the FTP site from outside it's network domain) I find I'm getting cheesed off with the mput command and typing 'Y' every two minutes.

So, can anyone recommend a decent XP FTP Client to soften the boredom? Bear in mind I'm a cheapskate so freeware is preferable to shareware. :p :D

TIA :)

Well the upload I've just completed, CLumber GTG pics, was using a DOS command prompt and Unix commands on the FTP server.

But I've chosen both and will compare and contrast between the two on the next big FTP upload/download.

Nothing like a back to basics exercise!

WS FTP does it for me by Ipswitch.

Used to have a 'lite' version for free download - I'm sure if you dig around you'll find it - absolute doddle to use.
