Recommendations Please...

I have been looking at books which detail the history of Mercedes Benz cars, what a minefield,I didn't realise there were so many. Can any of the members recommend one, I am looking from the early days through to present day if possible, all suggestions most welcome.

"Enduring Passion" by Leslie Butterfield (ISBN 047001802X)

More about the Mercedes brand really but a dam good read (looks good too!).

An interesting book (not least because it's in english and german depending which way you open it!)

"Originals" edited by Josef Ernst published by Piper. No ISBN because it's a special edition for Daimler AG
