So after two plumber/heating engineers visiting we think we have a leak in our pressured central heating system under the ground floor of our house. We have arranged for a leak detection specialist to visit on Monday to investigate and find the leak. My question is do any members here know of firms who will 1) repair the leak (which we suspect will involve braking open the floorboards to get to it) and then sort out our central heating (sealed system)?
I am in Beckenham, South London/Kent boarder.
Obviously I will approach general building/plumbing firms but it would be good to have some recommendations as the two plumbing firms who diagnosed the problem both said they would get back to me but failed to offer any sort of solution or response even after chasing. This means we've been without central heating for a week! (I don't mind if they don't or can't do the work but would rather they tell me as apposed to saying they need to think about a solution and then failing to respond and then we lose time).:fail
