Redex and DPF engines

I'm new to dpf engines, I've always run redex in my cars.

Is it still ok to run it on engines with dpfs? As the user manual recommends that you don't use fuel additives.

MB do not oppose fuel additives as such, but their view is that drivers can't be trusted with the delicate task of adding the correct amount.

They therefore recommend use of fuel additives only through use of premium fuels where the additives were mixed by the fuel supplier in the correct ratio, and not by the driver.

Redex for Diesel engine is safe to use, however if you want to adhere to MB's guidlines then just use Shell Diesel Nitro V-Power etc etc, which will already have all the additives/detergents in it, instead of adding redex.
