Usually yes, but GAD threw it in for me since they turned me away the first time. Very good service from them, highly recommended. Oh and the PlayStation VR in their waiting room was a blast!

Perhaps a poorly executed economy map could explain it?

Interesting theory but I'm pretty sure they flash stock ECU map before starting to make sure everything is reset

Yes it really does! It's not suddenly turned into a monster machine, after all its still just a 270cdi. But it delivers the power in a lovely smooth and steady push, whereas before it would launch well but soon fade away.
