Hi guys my car has been remapped - is there a way I can remove the remap so that car is back to factory settings without a huge bill?

Take it back to the tuner?Hi guys my car has been remapped - is there a way I can remove the remap so that car is back to factory settings without a huge bill?
Is that 204 whp or bhp?Yeah I got it remapped last year and approx figures expected were 250bhp 510nm but I was able to rolling road it last week and it produced 204bhp and 400nm so I am looking to put oem map on it and put it on rollers to see what it put out standard as I though I should have got more than 14 bhp assuming I have my standard figure right - 190bhp 440nm oem - face-lift e280 cdi sport 3.0 v6

Local guy to me I'll get him to put back to standard and put on rollers again to see what figures it's at standard maybe something wrong with car? But no fault codes etc time will tell
Figures I hoped for were at wheels can you confirm whether oem figures are quoted at wheels also?
Why the loss of torque tho?
