What do you mean, Remember.?

Ah! Yes, I had one of those, battery lasted about 4minutes :(

Guess battery technology has moved on since the 70's... I hope!

I've still got an original 70's model. Very retro cool

How about this one?

I've got an absolutely mint Casio H101 Marlin (OK it's a bit later, with an LCD display) still in it's Casio flip box, with original instructions and price tag - it's still got it's plastic protection film on the stainless steel back !

Classic watch and one day I'll sell it. I never wear it but I just keep changing my mind every time I tell myself to put it on eBay

 Can you actualy get them repaired once gone wrong.

This is the one that I've always wanted

But as you say, if it went wrong I'd be stuffed

Me too. But back in 1973 there was no way I could ever afford one and I wouldn't pay £795 for one now.
I remember buying a Casio LED watch at the time, it cost a shade under £25. You always needed both hands to tell the time. It got thrown in a drawer after less than a year when I got fed up of changing the battery and was never seen again.
