Remote Deployment of Sun Visor

I wouldn't like a reactolite-style windscreen. Sounds nice in principle, but wouldn't change quickly enough for sudden light variations (tunnels from sunlight come to mind).

I was once adamant (as an adolescent, before I had accrued any common sense) that prescription car windows would save drivers from having to wear spectacles. And that was of my lesser-embarrassing ideas...
Just for you...

I wear oakleys when I drive my car, and with my blue tooth headset, I feel powerful and in control. Blocks out the sunlight and I can go hands free on the headset. Cool innit.

Re the optical prescription windscreen ,what if someone else drives the car ??? Was this an April 1st joke ?

If you can drive safely with the sun visor down then having it up makes no difference.

Having it up doesn't really give you any better view of the road and whats on it, it's more a Psychological thing giving the brain a better sense of space.

Does help if U fancy reading the words on the top of a Artic at the traffic lights I spose or high up street names in Cities, but bar that..............
