    Hi
I want to put some carbon fibre features in the interior of my CLK w209.

Does anybody know how to remove the dashboard (cover)?

    (Similar to the pic below)

Open the ashtray as pull the gear lever section up towards you.
Lift the shifter gator up and twist the little black screw and pull up.
There are 2 x torx for the ashtray one each side.
When ashtray is removed there is 2 x torx make sure you got for the outer ones not the inner one and that will release the center console.

Make are you wrap the window switches, glove box trim and door trim. Done a full wrap on mine and looks really good.
