Hi all
I can't believe this is being such a problem must be a senior moment.

I need to get to the handbrake mech under the back seat because it is sticking and the warning light stays on I had a tip on the forum too lift the pedal with the foot as you release it and it works but it is obviously not a fix.

I can pull the seat up part way and then it won't tip forward anymore so cannot get to the part I want too, stupid Haynes manual as usual is telling me to remove caps and undo bolts but my seat has 4 what looks like hinges that should just tip forward. :fail
The Car is a W203 2005 without the seats you can split just one solid seat I have gone into search with no luck.

Cheers
Norman

Sorted Now

Just me being thick as two short planks LOL.
My 4 securing brackets looked like hinges but they were caps over 4 bolts that had to be undone.
