Hi all,

My car needs some work doing and I was quoted the following from a Mercedes Indi approved garage in Manchester:

supply and fit the nearside front suspension arm - £300

To supply and fit the nearside rear road spring - £160

B service would be £330

I’m not very good with this stuff and just asking if this is a reasonable price?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

The 'B Service' includes engine oil and filter change, cabin/pollen filter change, and various inspections.

Assuming average annual mileage so far, your car will now need its 6th service, so it will also need the brake fluid changed, has the specialist included this cost in the £330 quote?

And does the specialist have access to the Mercedes Benz Digital Service Book (DSB) to update the service record online?

Additionally, you can find-out what exactly is required for your car by reading this thread:

Thanks for the info Markjay

The service does include break fluid change. They also said that they will use assyst plus servicing to find out what it needs.

They also update the online digital service booklet.

Ps do you think the prices quoted for the repair work is reasonable?

Thanks again
