Hi,
wondering if anyone can help with this:

I managed to get a W203 steering wheel with paddles which I am going to get fitted to my W203. Steering wheel was pretty cheap but has a couple of very minor tears / cuts in the leather. They are only very minor (the largest is about 2 to 3mm long) but they do make the steering wheel feel rough if you run your hands around the wheel.

Does anyone have any suggestions of how I can “repair” these tears to make the wheel feel smooth. (I was thinking of some kind of lacquer that could be touched over the tears to seal them?). I am not too keen on having the hole wheel recovered unless it can be done very reasonably (I could have bought a new steering wheel otherwise!)

I have attached some pictures which show the damage.

Thanks for looking

Some kind of PVA adhesive perhaps as that dries clear.
