Replacement covers for bodywork

Hi I own a clk 320 originally on a Y plate
I need replacement covers for the external body . These are the black trim in between the wings and the side skirts . Mercedes don’t supply these anymore … does anyone know where I might source the four covers or someone who can fabricate simile to fit ? The part numbers are as follows MA208 698 69 30
