Replacement Head Unit for Early W211

Can anyone recommend a replacement head unit for a COMAND-fitted 2003 W211? It needs to have Bluetooth, satnav and CD and sd card slots, and work with the steering wheel volume controls, and ideally be plug-and-play (no wiring alterations), needing only an adapter connection plug for fitting.

My first '03 W211 came with a cheapo-cheapo Chinese Erisin unit that worked well, though the steering wheel volume controls did nothing, so I'm not averse to another Chinese one, but I don't want to buy another Chinese unit and find when it arrives that in fact it isn't quite what it was promised to be.

Any ideas, anybody?

You will need quite a big loom conversion if moving from NTG1 Comand to aftermarket.
