Replacement of rear oil seal

Hi
I have a G WAGON W463 400 CDI
I need to change rear oil seal.
Can I drop the auto gear box?
Or do I have to lift the engine out?

Usually it's 'just' gearbox out. It was on my M113 722.6. Yours might be different , transfer boxes etc.
